An excellent experience right from the moment my taxi pulled in. Everyone from the doorman to the front desk staff were personable, professional and welcoming. i had booked my reservation aboprofut 15m prior to my arrival and I was greeted by name. The bellman was attentive and very professional. I had not slept very well in the last few days so I don't remember any names, but everyone was professional and attentive. The room itself was great. A little too far from the elevator, but just great. the beds were comfy and the water pressure in the shower was also very good. The amenities provided were also very convenient. I was only there for about 7 hours and wish that I had longer. Overall an excellent stay.

Hotel review from Australian 🇦🇺 I had the pleasure of staying there. The moment I arrived I was welcomed into this serene oasis with the smell of fresh lilies at the reception and a tranquil surrounding, a welcome change from the busy streets outside. The staff were courteous and accommodating from the front desk to housekeeping. Everyone displayed exemplary professionalism and warmth. The restaurant offered an impressive range of local and international cuisine and the service was quick, butter chicken boneless was awesome. The public areas and rooms are tastefully decorated, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The potted plants and gardens are lovingly tended, adding to the peaceful atmosphere. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. What truly sets The hotel is its elegant yet homely ambience, beautiful lighting and attention to detail. I wholeheartedly recommend this charming gem to families and solo travellers alike and can't wait to return. Thank you!

Breakfast 6:30 would be nice. Staff unresponsive, not friendly. Manager Ashish Rai is awesome and friendly. Tea is horrible. Birch Muesli is awesome, Indian section good selection and Gujarati food display excellent ( I just stuck on Birch Muesli for health options). Need to work on Masala Chai.

The hotel offers a diverse breakfast and provides plenty of drinking water in the room. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Its location near the airport was convenient for us. Clean rooms

The Beds mattresses and Pillows were exceptional. I haven’t slept in such a comfortable bed in any hotel in the last many years i remember, including brand name hotels. Nice quaint property with an excellent breakfast.

The responsiveness of the staff was exemplary! It is an old property and has its own aura. For the price and proximity to the airport - couldn’t have asked anything more. They did a free airport drop off as well. If required in our future travel, we will surely choose this place again

Unexpectedly excellent hotel. Very unassuming on Booking.com so we had not expected it to be very good. Were only there overnight so decided to book the only hotel which looked good near the airport. Breakfast was an excellent adequate spread
